Troy wanted to know Kusi the second he saw her. She walked in the door at a party Troy was at and immediately Troy turned to his friend Pat and asked about her. Pat encouraged Troy to talk to Kusi so Troy spent the rest of that warm summer afternoon trying to make conversation with Kusi and impress her and her family.
Neither Troy nor Kusi were looking for love. They were both busy between work and school and life in general. But something clicked between the two of them that day and over the course of the next several weeks filled with long phone conversations and a few dates. A little over a year and a half later Troy proposed on a gorgeous deserted beach in Thailand. She was happily shocked. She said yes.
Kusi, Troy, thank you for allowing me to be there on your wedding day to document it for you. I absolutely LOVED being there. Thank you for making me feel like old friends of yours. Kosta and I both wish you and Kusi nothing but the best in the future. And are happy to continue to provide you with photographs and sweet potato gnocchi. 🙂
